Lead a Vibrant Customer Service Team

Harlow Leisurezone, a state-of-the-art community leisure centre, seeks an experienced Customer Service Manager to oversee front and back-of-house operations. The successful candidate will manage a team of Customer Service Advisors, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and efficient centre operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality customer service and lead by example
  • Manage front desk operations, including rota planning and team supervision
  • Develop and implement customer service strategies to enhance user experiences
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless centre operations

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles, with exceptional communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work a rota, including evenings and weekends
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
