Customer Sales Team Lead

As a Customer Sales Supervisor at Travis Perkins, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth. Key Responsibilities:- Lead and inspire a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Provide training and coaching to sales team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth.
- Ensure the safe and correct movement of products around the branch, adhering to all safety policies and procedures.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role, with a strong track record of delivering sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, providing coaching and training to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to drive growth.
