We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Sales Supervisor to join our team at Travis Perkins. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Ensure the safe and correct movement of products around the branch, adhering to all safety policies and procedures.
- Build strong relationships with customers, providing personalized service and support to meet their needs.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role, with a strong track record of delivering sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- High levels of energy and drive, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities, with a flexible and resilient approach.
