Customer Sales Supervisor Role

As a Customer Sales Supervisor at Travis Perkins, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with customers, providing them with a first-class service, and ensuring their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and inspire a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Provide training and coaching to sales team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth.
  • Ensure the safe and correct movement of products around the branch, adhering to all safety policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role, with a strong track record of delivering sales growth and exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team, providing coaching and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and drive.
