Job Title: Sales Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Regularly call an established and warm client base to gather potential leads and forthcoming projects.
  • Respond to and follow up on leads, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Prospect lapsed and new clients, leveraging your expertise to identify new business opportunities.
  • Keep in regular contact with existing clients you are quoting for, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Visit customers on site to promote your products and services, building strong relationships and driving sales growth.
  • Liaise with designers and manufacturing staff to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Produce quotes and complete orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
About You:

We are looking for a proactive, structured, and determined individual who is passionate about sales and customer relationships. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be confident on the telephone and face-to-face with customers, with a strong ability to build rapport and trust. You will be happy to get out and about to visit clients, with a valid driving license. You will be reliable, with an outgoing personality and a strong work ethic.

What We Offer:
  • A good base salary of £30,000, with realistic and achievable bonuses to give an overall OTE between £40,000+
  • A Monday-to-Friday working schedule
  • Free on-site parking
