About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive PR Account Executive to join our team at CMD Recruitment. As a key member of our PR team, you will be responsible for managing sales activity and lead generation, leading client meetings and pitches, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Sales Activity and Pipelines: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Lead Client Meetings and Pitches: Confidently present to prospects and clients, both virtually and in person, to promote products and services.
  • Identify New Business Opportunities: Utilize networking and research skills to identify new business opportunities and valuable prospects.
  • Qualify Leads and Develop Customer Journey: Qualify leads and develop a customer journey for each prospect to ensure effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Acquire and Retain Clients: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Deliver Product Demos and Presentations: Create and deliver engaging product demos and presentations to clients and prospects.
  • Maintain In-Depth Knowledge of Product Suite: Stay up-to-date with the company's product suite and services to effectively promote and sell them.
  • Facilitate Communication: Collaborate with the PR team, marketing, and senior management to ensure seamless communication and effective sales strategies.
  • Report Sales Performance: Provide regular sales performance reports to the Managing Director to inform business decisions.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive individual with excellent customer service skills, strong communication skills, and a degree in marketing, sales, or business management. Experience in lead generation, such as with HubSpot, and a strong solutions-focused mindset are essential.
