**Job Title:** Head of Sales

**Job Summary:**

COREcruitment Ltd is seeking a seasoned Head of Sales to lead our sales team and expand our market presence in the national beverage industry.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for both on-trade and off-trade channels to achieve business growth and profitability.

• Manage, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to drive sales performance and customer satisfaction.

• Set clear performance targets and provide ongoing training and development opportunities to ensure team members are equipped to succeed.

• Utilize sales analytics to monitor team performance, market trends, and customer feedback to continuously refine sales strategies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and production, to ensure alignment and optimal execution of sales initiatives.

• Oversee budget management for the sales department, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximizing return on investment.

• Proven experience in a senior sales role within the beverage or FMCG industries.

• Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing sales teams.

• Ability to analyze market trends and sales performance data to drive strategy.

• Willingness to travel nationally as required.
