Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled National Account Manager to join our team at Lyca Mobile Group.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth and developing strong relationships with national accounts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our roster of retail partners, creating and implementing effective sales strategies, and managing sales and channel promotion activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to drive growth across our retail partners
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with national account stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with current and future vendors
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, as well as the needs and preferences of our retail partners
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies and tactics
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales promotions and initiatives
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales activity, including pipeline management and performance tracking

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience within a similar capacity, with a strong track record of driving sales growth and developing strong relationships with national accounts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the retail channel and the needs and preferences of national account stakeholders
