Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Framework Manager to join our team at Barclay Simpson. As a key member of our risk management team, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining our Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of our risk taxonomy and conduct regular risk assessments to ensure alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with senior management to drive effective risk mitigation strategies across the organization.
  • Provide training on risk management principles and stay updated on emerging risks.
  • Lead risk assessment workshops and serve as a contact point for auditors and clients.
Requirements
  • Deep technical expertise in risk management, including risk appetite, key risk indicators, and risk taxonomy.
  • Proven experience in financial services risk management.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to present complex information at Board level.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Results-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of leading multiple projects.
  • Consulting skills and a working understanding of regulatory concepts.
