Job Summary

As a Risk Framework Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining the ERM framework, ensuring it aligns with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. Reporting to the Associate Director of Risk, you will lead risk assessments, monitor key risks, and collaborate with senior management to drive effective risk mitigation strategies across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of the risk taxonomy, conducting regular risk assessments, and supporting the implementation of risk management policies.
  • Provide training on risk management principles, stay updated on emerging risks, and lead risk assessment workshops.
  • Engage with stakeholders, including presenting risk analysis to senior management and serving as a contact point for auditors and clients.

Requirements

  • Deep technical expertise in risk management, including risk appetite, key risk indicators, and risk taxonomy.
  • Proven experience in financial services risk management.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to present complex information at senior levels.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Results-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of leading multiple projects.
  • Consulting skills and a working understanding of regulatory concepts.
