This position requires a commitment of 16-20 hours per week.
Role Overview:
As the Membership Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in driving the growth of our membership base. Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, your primary responsibilities will include acquiring new members, fostering relationships with corporate clients, and broadening our outreach through strategic alliances. Your efforts will be concentrated on promoting our CPD certified courses and tailored training solutions to both individuals and organizations, assisting them in achieving their professional development objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Initiatives: Identify, research, and cultivate leads to establish a strong pipeline of potential members, targeting both individuals and corporate entities.
- Client Interaction: Conduct personalized consultations and presentations to demonstrate the value of our courses and training solutions.
- Partnership Building: Develop and maintain robust relationships with key decision-makers in businesses, professional associations, and other relevant networks to enhance membership sales.
- Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create and execute effective sales strategies, including pricing models, promotional initiatives, and new product offerings.
