Manager of Prospect Research and Fundraising Pipeline

We are looking for a proactive individual who will enhance our fundraising strategies through effective management of research and the prospect pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulating and executing a comprehensive prospect strategy in collaboration with the Associate Director of Advancement and Alumni to bolster the organization’s fundraising objectives.
  • Identifying potential donors through strategic research while maintaining ethical standards.
  • Overseeing the Prospect Research Associate and Advancement Officer (Database).
  • Generating in-depth reports and high-quality briefings for fundraisers and senior leadership.
  • Assisting in the management of fundraising portfolios for active fundraisers.

About You:

The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in managing research programs and demonstrate proficiency in utilizing relational databases for data management and analysis. Line management experience and a strong commitment to collaborative working are essential.
