Property Charge Specialist

Overview: The Finance division at Stonewater is currently in search of a Property Charge Specialist to assist with all facets of property charging transactions.

Key Responsibilities: The primary objective is to establish and uphold a robust and effective security function that adapts reliably and flexibly to accommodate new or restructured debt facilities.

As a Property Charge Specialist, you will oversee the existing portfolio of charged assets in alignment with individual loan agreements, which includes compliance statements, asset disposals, valuations, releases, and stock reconciliations.

You will collaborate with the Treasury Security Manager to ensure the timely release of new security portfolios, while also monitoring and maintaining the Asset register and other records with a high level of precision.

Collaboration: Engage positively with colleagues across the organization to work together on resolving legal matters and fulfilling information requests.


  • Attention to Detail: Maintain a high degree of accuracy and quality while adhering to strict deadlines.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in utilizing Finance and Housing systems, reporting tools, and Office applications.
  • Project Management: Capable of managing multiple work streams effectively.
