Job Title: Interim Property Surveyor

Location: Surrey

Rate: Competitive (Inside IR35)

Duration: 6-month contract

We are seeking an experienced Interim Property Surveyor to support a local authority with an initial focus on service charge reconciliation. The role involves completing around 30 reconciliations and will then evolve into managing and leading the property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead service charge reconciliation projects
  • Collaborate with accounts to retrieve service charges
  • Strong understanding of RSS Service Charge Code
  • Oversee portfolio management post-reconciliation

Requirements:

  • Expertise in service charge processes and reconciliations
  • In-depth knowledge of RSS Service Charge Code

This is a 6-month contract offering an exciting opportunity to make an impact in property management.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading service charge reconciliation projects, collaborating with accounts to retrieve service charges, and overseeing portfolio management post-reconciliation. The ideal candidate will have expertise in service charge processes and reconciliations, as well as in-depth knowledge of RSS Service Charge Code.
