**Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Die Cutting Operator to join our team at a leading corrugated manufacturer. As a Die Cutting Operator, you will be responsible for operating Asahi Die-cutters, ensuring accurate records are maintained, and collaborating with the Team Leader to improve KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate Asahi Die-cutters, setting machinery via computer and manually.
  • Maintain accurate records throughout the production process.
  • Collaborate with the Team Leader to improve KPIs, utilizing labor and resources effectively.
  • Minimize downtime by forward planning and ensuring materials are available in advance.
  • Work with the Team Leader on process and continuous improvement projects.
  • Coordinate labor over meal breaks and ensure allocated break times are adhered to.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in corrugated packaging.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate with colleagues.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of machinery operation.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including double days and nights.
