About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing our sales and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Sales and Marketing Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities in the hospitality sector, with a focus on the South East region.
  • Build and Maintain Customer Relationships: Foster strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential customers, ensuring excellent customer service and driving repeat business.
  • Negotiate Contracts and Agreements: Develop and negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profits and drive business growth.
  • Develop and Execute Marketing Campaigns: Design and implement innovative marketing campaigns to promote our products and services, and drive brand awareness.
  • Monitor and Analyze Market Trends: Conduct market research and analyze trends and competitors' activities to identify opportunities and key issues.
  • Oversee Marketing and Advertising Activities: Ensure consistency in marketing and advertising activities across all channels, aligning with our product line strategy.
  • Report on Marketing Effectiveness: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Proven Sales and Marketing Experience: A minimum of 3 years' experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong Business Development Background: A strong background in business development, with a network of contacts in the hospitality sector.
  • Excellent Negotiation and Communication Skills: Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to Develop and Implement Strategic Plans: The ability to develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies, with a focus on driving business growth.
