Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Paid Social Media Executive to join our team at Realtime Agency, a leading global digital advertising agency. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and executing large-scale paid social media campaigns across multiple platforms, including Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive paid social media strategies that align with client goals and target audience.
  • Design, manage, and execute large-scale paid ads on social platforms, with a focus on full-funnel experience across brand and performance marketing.
  • Drive new ideas to improve performance of social campaigns, including account structure, bid strategy, creative, ad copy, audience management, and landing page optimization.
  • Continuously monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations to maximize ROI and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights to maximize performance.
  • Track, report, and analyze website analytics and campaigns.
  • Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs, and reconciling discrepancies.
  • Identify and present new opportunities/areas of growth that will help continue the development of paid channels.
  • Stay at the forefront of industry innovation and best practices, learn and grow your knowledge, and bring new findings and ideas to clients and internal teams.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of paid advertising experience, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously to meet objectives/key deadlines.
  • Experience with e-commerce is a plus.
  • Experience with website and lead analytics, including UTM tagging, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Datorama, or reporting dashboards.
  • Meta certification (Fundamentals), Analytics, and AdWords Certifications are a plus.
  • Outstanding data handling and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Well-organized and flexible, able to move from project to project without delay.
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
  • A passion for digital marketing and learning.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience generating analytical reports.
