The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Search Manager to lead our paid search campaigns and drive business results. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing strategic paid search plans to achieve campaign objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Managing innovative campaigns across all paid search and biddable platforms, including Google products.
- Collaborating with media partners to drive business growth and optimize campaign performance.
- Leading a team of executives to ensure efficient campaign execution and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
As a Paid Search Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Executing and optimizing paid search strategies to meet client targets and performance goals.
- Managing a team of executives to ensure efficient campaign execution and achieve business objectives.
- Contributing to account development and sharing expertise with the team to drive business growth.
Candidate Background
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Search Specialist experience with 1+ other channel experience (Social/ programmatic/ affiliate etc).
- Large agency background, however open to all profiles.
- Experience with multi-market, large budget campaigns.
- Experience running e-commerce campaigns and objectives (e.g., through Google shopping / PMAX).
- Strong Senior Executive looking to step up, or existing Manager.
