We're seeking a highly skilled Paid Social Manager to join our team based in London. As a Paid Social Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing paid social campaigns across various platforms to meet client objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop Account Strategy: Develop account strategy in partnership with clients and senior management, and be accountable for the execution of strategy and achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Operational Success: Ensure the operational success of accounts, ensuring deliverables are met on time and on budget.
- Client Strategy: Own and manage the client strategy, and plan key campaign efficiencies.
- Day-to-Day Efforts: Manage all day-to-day efforts and be the primary day-to-day subject matter expert (SME) voice to the client.
- Account Planning: Plan accounts and growth opportunities, working closely with account directors.
- Relationship Building: Build strong relationships across client services and other channel teams.
- Experience: Strong experience managing and planning paid social campaigns, preferably in an agency or client-facing environment.
- Campaign Management: Proficiency in managing and planning campaigns across various paid social platforms, including but not limited to Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest.
- Paid Social Principles: Strong understanding of paid social principles, best practices, and industry trends.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
- Performance Metrics: Proven track record of delivering successful paid social campaigns and achieving key performance metrics (e.g., return on ad spend (ROAS), click-through rate (CTR), cost per acquisition (CPA)).
