About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Data Engineer to join our team at Unreal Gigs. As a Data Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing data pipelines, developing Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes, and working with large volumes of data to support our business intelligence and data-driven initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement data pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.
  • Develop and maintain ETL processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and develop data solutions.
  • Work with large datasets to support business intelligence and data-driven initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain databases to store and manage data.
  • Ensure data security and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in data engineering or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Python or similar programming languages.
  • Experience working with large datasets and designing and implementing data pipelines.
  • Proficient in SQL and database technologies.
  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS or GCP.
  • Familiarity with data warehousing and data modeling concepts.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with FinTech or financial data is a plus.
