Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Valeters Cleaner to join our team at Europcar. As a Valeters Cleaner, you will play a critical role in ensuring our fleet of vehicles is presented to the highest standards.

Main Responsibilities

Key responsibilities of the Valeters Cleaner role include:

  • Preparing company vehicles to a high standard, ensuring they are clean and presentable for customer collection.
  • Valeting vehicles in all weather conditions, demonstrating a high level of attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Supporting the driving team with the delivery and collection of vehicles, ensuring seamless customer service.
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy preparation area, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Identifying any fleet maintenance issues and reporting them to the relevant team members.
  • Delivering world-class customer service, ensuring customers have a positive experience with Europcar.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A full, valid clean driving licence, with a minimum of 4 years driving experience.
  • Flexibility in your working hours, including availability during the day, evenings, and weekends.
  • Reliable, positive, and professional attitude.
  • Great communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and ability to adapt to the needs of the business.
  • A keen and enthusiastic nature, with a passion for delivering high-quality results.
