We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our People Operations team at GSMA LLC. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company's employee experience for payroll and benefits.

About the Role

As a Compensation and Benefits Specialist, you will be responsible for administering and managing employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, life insurance, wellness programs, and other perks. You will also serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to benefits, guiding them through enrolment, claims, and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Administer and manage employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  2. Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to benefits, providing guidance and support.
  3. Ensure timely and accurate communication with HR and external vendors during the annual open enrolment process.
  4. Process and maintain payroll records, deductions, and taxes in accordance with company policy and legal requirements.
  5. Manage immigration-related processes, including visa applications and renewals, ensuring compliance with immigration laws and company policies.

Requirements

  1. Proven experience in compensation and benefits management and administration, or a similar people function role.
  2. Expertise in salary benchmarking, including job evaluation and market analysis.
  3. Strong knowledge of current employment laws and regulatory requirements.
  4. Advanced skills in data analysis using tools like Excel.
  5. Workday experience is desirable.
