Lead the Charge in Enterprise Sales Development

Writer is seeking a seasoned sales development leader to spearhead our enterprise sales development team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing team of sales development representatives (SDRs) who will target CIOs, CTOs, and CMOs at Fortune 500/Global 2000 companies and large enterprises in the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build, manage, and retain a high-performing sales development team
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy that drives pipeline generation from new logos and existing accounts
  • Establish and iterate on repeatable sales processes to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop multi-touch account-based campaigns
  • Maintain accurate sales data in Salesforce to inform sales strategy and optimize performance
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience leading a high-performing enterprise sales development team at a high-growth SaaS company
  • Strong preference for experience building a sales development team from scratch
  • Operationally excellent with a proven track record of building and executing a highly prescriptive, value-based sales process
  • Hands-on sales leader with a passion for the transformative potential of generative AI
