Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and caring Care Assistant to join our team on a weekend basis. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide companionship and social interaction to clients, promoting their emotional well-being and reducing feelings of loneliness.
  • Assist with everyday tasks such as meal preparation, light housework, and personal care, promoting clients' independence and dignity.
  • Accompany clients to appointments and shopping, using own reliable form of transportation and full driving license.
  • Carry out personal care tasks, such as bathing, showering, and dressing, promoting clients' physical and emotional well-being.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and their families.
  • Compassionate and caring approach, with a commitment to delivering high-quality care and support.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
  • UK driving license or suitable means of transport required.
  • Availability to work alternate weekends, with a commitment to providing excellent care and support to our clients.
