About the Role

We are seeking compassionate and caring individuals to join our team as Care Professionals. As a Care Professional, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and companionship to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide companionship and social interaction to clients, promoting their emotional well-being and quality of life.
  • Assist with everyday tasks such as meal preparation, light housework, and personal care, ensuring clients maintain their independence.
  • Accompany clients to appointments and outings, providing transportation and support as needed.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families, providing emotional support and reassurance.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Compassionate and empathetic nature, with a genuine interest in providing high-quality care and support.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meet the needs of clients and the business.
  • Reliable transportation and a full UK driver's license, with the ability to drive clients to appointments and outings.
