We are seeking a compassionate and caring Care Assistant to join our team on a weekend basis. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and social interaction to clients, promoting their emotional well-being and reducing feelings of loneliness.
- Assist with everyday tasks such as meal preparation, light housework, and personal care, promoting clients' independence and dignity.
- Accompany clients to appointments and shopping, using own reliable form of transportation and full driving license.
- Carry out personal care tasks, such as bathing, showering, and dressing, promoting clients' physical and emotional well-being.
Requirements
- A great timekeeper with excellent organizational and reliability skills.
- Compassionate and caring individual with a genuine interest in providing high-quality care.
- Ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with clients and their families.
- UK driving license or suitable means of transport required.
- Availability to work alternate weekends.
