About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team of Live In Care Professionals in the care sector. As a Live In Care Professional, you will live in a client's home and provide a variety of services to promote independence and enhance their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities.
- Assist with household chores and maintain a clean and safe living environment.
- Liaise with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in the care sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and trustworthy, with a strong sense of integrity.
- Right to work in the UK.
