About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team of Live In Care Professionals in Bristol. As a Live In Care Professional, you will live in a client's home and provide a range of services to promote independence and enhance their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living tasks and medication management.
  • Assist clients with mobility and transfer tasks, ensuring their safety and comfort.
  • Prepare healthy meals and snacks, taking into account clients' dietary needs and preferences.
  • Engage in activities and hobbies with clients, promoting social interaction and mental stimulation.
  • Maintain a clean and safe living environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in the care sector, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours and tasks.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle (desirable).

  • Competitive pay rate of £952 per week.
