Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and mobility assistance.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and their families, providing emotional support and companionship.
  • Assist clients with household tasks, such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
  • Accompany clients on outings and activities, promoting socialization and engagement.
  • Monitor and report any changes in client condition or concerns to the care team.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-hour visits to ensure adequate time for care and companionship.
  • 15 minutes of travel time between each care call to ensure efficient scheduling.
  • Introduction to new clients, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Companionship-led care service, focusing on building strong relationships.
  • Assistance with shopping, household tasks, and meal preparation.
  • Accompaniment on activities, days out, and promoting independence.
