Position: Social Media Account Director
Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 DOE
Hott Source, a dynamic agency specializing in social, public relations, and influencer marketing, is on the lookout for an experienced Account Director to enhance our client services team.
The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in client services within an agency environment, particularly with a focus on social media. The successful applicant will have a proven track record of collaborating with well-known brands and leading account strategy initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a senior member of the client services team, fostering and nurturing client relationships.
- Lead the development of account strategy and planning.
- Ensure timely and budget-compliant execution of campaigns.
- Oversee the creation and communication of creative briefs.
- Manage account reporting and community engagement.
- Participate in senior-level meetings and strategic discussions.
- Guide and develop team members.
- Contribute to new business proposals.
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years in social media marketing, with a strong emphasis on organic strategies; paid experience is a plus.
- Significant experience in a client-facing role within an agency.
- Proven ability to manage and lead team members.
- Expertise in developing account strategies.
- Experience working with prominent brands is essential.
