Your Role at Ogilvy:
As an Account Leader, you will manage complex projects, leveraging your experience to foster effective working relationships with clients and colleagues. You will ensure that your team aligns with strategic objectives and delivers exceptional results.
- Build trusted partnerships with mid-level clients based on a proven track record of successful delivery.
- Lead discussions and resolve issues as they arise, serving as a point of escalation for junior team members.
- Possess strong expertise in both paid and organic social media, with experience across diverse clients and projects.
- Navigate project delivery in a social-first environment while collaborating with integrated teams.
- Manage relationships with multi-level stakeholders in complex organizational structures.
- Utilize your understanding of the client's business context to develop effective solutions.
- Collaborate with various capabilities to identify the best creative solutions for client challenges.
- Demonstrate creative problem-solving skills in all tasks, from improving internal processes to ideating innovative social strategies.
- Take ownership of larger projects, ensuring accountability for both the work and the process.
- Guide and support your account team, managing expectations and financial aspects of projects.
- Maintain strong partnerships with internal stakeholders to support cross-functional initiatives.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, leveraging these connections to protect and enhance the work.
