Role Responsibilities
The Client Support Specialist will be responsible for:
  • Serving as the primary contact for all client inquiries.
  • Processing client orders through various channels including online, phone, and email.
  • Building and nurturing client relationships to boost satisfaction and ensure effective communication.
  • Assisting clients with product choices while identifying opportunities for upselling.
  • Addressing delivery and order concerns, escalating issues as needed for swift resolution.
  • Maintaining the CRM system to ensure accurate and current information.
  • Providing administrative support to the sales team.

Qualifications
The ideal Client Support Specialist will possess:
  • Experience in a customer-centric role.
  • Proficiency in IT, particularly with Word and Excel.
  • Strong telephone communication skills.
  • Effective time management abilities.
  • The capability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently.
  • A proactive approach to suggesting improvements for company growth.
  • A confident demeanor with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.

Compensation:
Salary range: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum.
