About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in providing care and support to a young client with spina bifida in their family home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to the client, including assistance with medication, moving and handling, and managing clinical equipment.
  • Help the client get ready for bed in the weekday evenings and support them on Saturdays.
  • Develop a strong relationship with the client and their family, providing emotional support and reassurance as needed.
Requirements
  • No previous experience is required, as full training, shadow shifts, and ongoing support will be provided.
  • You will need to be a driver to get to the client's home, which is located in a rural area.
