About the Role
As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in empowering young adults with autism, learning disabilities, and complex behaviors to lead fulfilling and independent lives. You will provide personalized support with daily tasks, encourage their participation in community activities, and help them access local resources and leisure facilities.
Your Responsibilities
- Assist service users with personal care routines, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Encourage social interaction and participation in group activities.
- Support service users in accessing community resources, such as clubs, leisure facilities, and educational programs.
- Document service user progress and maintain accurate records.
- Work collaboratively with a team of dedicated professionals to ensure the highest quality care.
About You
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals who possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others is essential. Previous experience in a care setting is desirable but not required, as comprehensive training will be provided.
