The Role:We are seeking a qualified and experienced Social Worker to join our Learning Disabilities Team. As a key member of our team, you will work with adults in a strengths-based way, using your excellent relationship management skills to collaborate and negotiate with service users, their families, providers, and other healthcare professionals.
You will be responsible for proactively encouraging independent and safe living within the community. We are committed to creating the right conditions for our Social Workers to work flexibly and provide excellent support and attention to the people in our community.

Travel Requirements:You will be required to travel to various locations within Hampshire and the Isle of Wight or other local authorities. It is essential that you have a current driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle on a regular basis.
