About the Role:
As we continue to expand, we have an exciting opportunity for a teacher to join our close-knit community. If you are passionate about creating a positive learning atmosphere and are eager to contribute innovative ideas, we would love to hear from you.

This position involves teaching students aged 11 to 19 in our Secondary Site, focusing on Physical Education and Mathematics. We welcome applications from candidates with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), regardless of whether their background is in primary or secondary education.

Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging lessons tailored to the educational needs of each student, ensuring the effective implementation of the curriculum.
- Utilize creative teaching methods to foster a fun and stimulating learning environment.
- Collaborate with support staff to provide individualized assistance to students, ensuring a smooth and productive classroom experience.
- Manage and address challenging behaviors with empathy and understanding, drawing on your experience in special education.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a special educational needs setting or extensive work with students with complex needs.
- Proven ability to design and execute engaging lesson plans.
- Hold a UK QTS or QTLS qualification.
