We are currently collaborating with a school that has a longstanding partnership with us to recruit a Special Educational Needs (SEN) Instructor to become part of their exceptional team.
The ideal candidate for this SEN Instructor position will be someone who is energetic, dedicated, and eager to engage with the school community.
The expectations for this role include a SEN Instructor who is proficient in the essential skills of their subject area and possesses a comprehensive understanding of the curriculum requirements to facilitate student learning.
The selected candidate for this SEN Instructor role must be highly capable and able to assist students from diverse backgrounds.
The SEN Instructor appointed for this position will be tasked with working with a variety of abilities and should be comfortable addressing the wide-ranging needs of their students.
To qualify for this role, you must hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, along with a PGCE or equivalent Teaching qualification.
Furthermore, you will need to have, or be eligible for, British QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or an equivalent certification to be considered for this position.
Eligibility for this role also requires proven classroom experience or relevant training.
