Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and qualified educator who can make a meaningful impact within our institution.
This position will be based in our Secondary division, focusing on students aged 11 to 19, with responsibilities including teaching Physical Education and Mathematics.
We welcome applications from candidates with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), regardless of whether their background is in Primary or Secondary education.
Your teaching approach should be creative and tailored to meet the diverse educational needs of our students, ensuring the effective delivery of the curriculum while maximizing student achievement and potential.
Our students may exhibit challenging behaviors due to their unique needs, so prior experience in this area is essential.
In this role, you will engage students in a dynamic and enjoyable manner.
You will collaborate with support staff to ensure that every student receives the necessary assistance, contributing to the smooth operation of classes and fostering a constructive learning environment.
Key Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a specialized educational setting or extensive experience working with students with complex additional needs.
- Proven teaching experience with the ability to design engaging and interactive lessons.
- Possession of UK QTS or QTLS.
