About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and qualified educator who can significantly contribute to our institution. This position involves teaching students aged 11 to 19 in our Secondary Site, focusing on Physical Education and Mathematics.

We welcome applications from candidates with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), regardless of whether their background is in Primary or Secondary Education.

In this role, you will employ innovative teaching methods tailored to meet the diverse educational needs of our students, ensuring effective delivery of the curriculum to maximize student achievement and development.

Our students may exhibit challenging behaviors due to their unique needs, so experience in this area is essential.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Engage students in a dynamic and enjoyable learning environment.
  • Collaborate with support staff to provide necessary assistance to each student.
  • Facilitate smooth classroom operations to enhance the learning experience.
  • Communicate effectively with senior leadership, parents, and caregivers regarding student progress.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Special Educational Needs (SEN) setting or extensive experience with students with complex needs.
  • Proven ability to plan and deliver engaging and interactive lessons.
  • Possession of UK QTS or QTLS.
