The ideal candidate will take on comprehensive responsibilities for the management of incoming and outgoing shipments, basic sales outreach, while ensuring that service standards are upheld, including sales, assistance, and client relations.


Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Handling telephone inquiries
  • Conducting basic sales outreach
  • Taking and relaying messages
  • Providing client quotations
  • Processing orders
  • Invoicing clients
  • Maintaining a tidy office environment
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail
  • Reviewing and updating inventory as necessary
  • Assisting the Office Manager

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Strong organizational abilities
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent spelling, grammar, and numerical skills
  • Relevant office experience is essential
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Good time management
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively

This position is particularly suited for an individual who is keen to grow and develop their capabilities and advance within a well-established, family-oriented organization. The working hours are Monday to Thursday with an early finish on Fridays.
