Production Planning Coordinator

Job Summary:
Elevation Recruitment Group is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a highly reputable business for a Production Planning Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join a dynamic Admin team, supporting the smooth running of daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with production planning and the creation of production schedules to ensure timely completion of all orders
- Monitor and update production schedules, ensuring accurate records are maintained and communicated across departments
- Process orders from initial receipt through to production, liaising with internal teams to ensure specifications are met
- Prepare and maintain daily reports on production performance, highlighting any issues or delays
- Coordinate with suppliers to manage stock levels and ensure timely availability of materials for production
- Assist in forecasting and ensuring production capacity aligns with sales and order demand
- Support the continuous improvement of production processes by suggesting and implementing changes to enhance efficiency
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar administrative role within a production or manufacturing environment
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise with multiple departments
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Experience with production planning systems or ERP software is advantageous
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
