About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Workplace Experience team as a Workplace Experience Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference to our colleagues' working day and contribute to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the colleague experience within your site, providing exceptional customer service and support to colleagues with day-to-day queries.
  • Ensure our buildings are safe and secure through regular operational checks, including fire risk assessments and hygiene checks.
  • Support our communities and drive employee engagement by overseeing events and communications, including in-house and off-site activities, socials, and celebrations.
  • Empower colleagues to use our spaces, technology, and tools in line with our design standards through onboarding tours and tech showcases.
  • Coordinate and send communications for the local workplace, including updates on incidents and repairs, and interact with colleagues through online communications and digital signage.
  • Ensure the office runs smoothly, is safe, and is clean and tidy, checking on meeting room setup, IT first fix triage, and removing old equipment and furniture.
