Kingdom Services Group Ltd is seeking a dedicated Security and Maintenance Officer with a valid SIA License to undertake essential security, cleaning, and maintenance responsibilities.
Working Hours: This role requires a commitment of 36 hours per week, with shifts scheduled according to the site rota, specifically from Tuesday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Compensation: The pay rate for this position is £12.45 per hour.
Applicants should be in good physical condition as the role involves considerable walking.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Delivering exceptional customer service.
- Performing maintenance tasks.
- Operating within the CCTV control room.
- Conducting internal and external cleaning duties.
- Maintaining high vigilance to ensure a secure environment.
- Coordinating with Centre Management.
- Welcoming and assisting staff and clients.
- Providing front reception customer service.
- Managing access and egress in the car park, with a thorough understanding of parking systems.
- Understanding health and safety protocols.
- Patrolling both internal and external areas.
- Exhibiting strong report writing skills.
- Wearing the full uniform provided.
- Demonstrating punctuality and quick thinking.
- Being prepared to work in outdoor environments as required.
Required Qualifications:
- Current and appropriate SIA License - either Door Supervision or Security Guarding (frontline).
- First aid certification.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong observational skills.
- Good understanding of security operations.
- Five-year checkable employment history.
- Experience in handling emergency situations.
- CCTV experience is preferred.
