Job Title: Security & Cleaning Officer

Kingdom Services Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Security and Cleaning Officer to provide permanent security, cleaning, and maintenance duties to the Woolshops Shopping Centre.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service skills to centre staff and clients.
  • Perform maintenance duties, including cleaning and upkeep of the centre.
  • Operate CCTV control room duties, ensuring a safe and secure working environment.
  • Conduct internal and external patrols, ensuring the centre is secure and clean.
  • Liaise with Centre Management to ensure smooth operations.
  • Meet and greet staff and clients, providing a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Provide customer service front reception cover, handling queries and concerns.
  • Access and egress control, including car park management and knowledge of car parking systems.
  • Have a good understanding of health and safety procedures.
Requirements:
  • Appropriate and current SIA License - Door Supervision or Security Guarding (frontline) is required.
  • First aid qualification is required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong observational skills.
  • Good understanding of Security requirements and functions.
  • Full 5-year checkable history.
  • Experience dealing with emergency situations.
  • CCTV experience is preferred.
Qualifications:
  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred).
  • Security: 1 year (preferred).
  • Shopping centre experience (preferred).
Licence/Certification:
  • SIA licence (required).
  • CCTV licence (preferred).
  • First aid (required).
  • Driving Licence (required).
