About the Role

As a Business Advisor at Capgemini Invent, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Government clients in developing business cases for large-scale digital and strategic transformation programs in the Public Sector.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Engage with senior clients to support the delivery of large-scale digital and strategic transformation programs across the Public Sector.
  • Deliver business cases and program support using a wide range of skills, depending on the type of engagement.
  • Support sales into large delivery programs, typically with data and analytics at the center.
  • Contribute to the creation of thought leadership and develop propositions that reflect Capgemini Invent's position as a leading public sector management consultancy.

**Requirements:**

  • Experience in supporting programs and projects in the public sector, with a focus on business case development.
  • Confidence in working in a technology environment, with proven skills and experience in leading and delivering management consultancy projects.
  • Ability to develop and implement digital transformation, operating models, and process redesign projects.
  • Experience in proposition building and delivery.
