About the Role:

A leading FMCG company is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Consultant to join their Internal Strategy team. As a key member of the team, you will support various business functions and serve as an internal management consultant, focusing on key commercial issues and finding long-term strategic solutions for implementation across multiple European BUs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic end-to-end projects working with various BUs & the European leadership team
  • Lead the annual strategic planning process according to the brand growth framework
  • Organise and facilitate key stakeholder workshops to communicate strategic initiatives
  • Contribute to and build best-in-class practices for the commercial strategy team

Requirements:

  • Experience leading long-term strategic projects within an FMCG environment
  • A proven background in management consulting (FMCG) or in a major internal strategy team
  • Strong communication skills and experience creating buy-in from senior stakeholders
  • A proven track record of implementing strategic initiatives through end-to-end project management
  • An Analytical approach to decision making
