Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and coordinate the transportation of shipments to ensure timely delivery and compliance with company expectations and KPIs.
  • Prepare and produce all necessary documentation, including dispatch notes, invoices, and customs clearance instructions.
  • Liaise with freight agents and couriers to collect shipments and resolve any queries that arise.
  • Provide customers with details of airway bills and other relevant documentation.
  • Coordinate with warehouse teams to prepare shipping documents and ensure accurate record-keeping.

Requirements:

  • Experience in supply chain management or logistics is essential.
  • Thorough understanding of export and import requirements, customs procedures, and complexities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business requirements and priorities.
