Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Logistics Coordinator to join our team at BTC Electronic Components. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth receipt, storage, and dispatch of our products.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and inspect inbound shipments from suppliers, verifying that all products meet our quality and quantity requirements.
  • Locate and store products in designated areas, ensuring optimal space utilization and product protection.
  • Implement and maintain effective inventory control systems, including lot tracking and traceability.
  • Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently, adhering to all relevant instructions and deadlines.
  • Coordinate daily freight collections, ensuring timely pickups and deliveries.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols.
  • Perform other duties as required, within your skill and competence, to support the company's operations.

Requirements:

  • GCSE level education in English and Maths.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environment, with a focus on product inspection and auditing.
  • Understanding of batch numbers, expiry dates, and lot traceability.
  • Reliable and mature attitude, with excellent time management and attendance record.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows.
  • Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible approach, with availability for evening and weekend shifts as required.
  • Physical fitness and ability to perform manual handling tasks regularly.
  • Forklift experience is an asset.
