  • Produce and manage all documentation, including dispatch notes, invoices, airway bills, and customs clearance instructions.
  • Identify country of origin, tariff codes, and value for customs when required.
  • Liaise with freight agents and couriers to collect shipments and resolve any queries.
  • Provide customers with details of airway bills and other relevant documentation.
  • Coordinate with warehouse teams to prepare shipping documents.
  • Issue customs clearance instructions for imports and exports.

Requirements:

  • Experience in supply chain management or logistics is essential.
  • Thorough understanding of export and import requirements, customs procedures, and complexities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Computer literacy, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Flexibility to meet business requirements and adapt to company, supplier, and customer needs.
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Initiative and proactive approach to daily duties.
