Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Connections Contract Programme Tracker to join our Connections Team in Salford or Preston. This is a fixed-term role for 9 to 12 months.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the performance and efficiency of delivery partners' operations contractors through effective programme tracking and KPI reporting.
  • Influence contractor organisations and internal stakeholders to ensure connections programmes are delivered reliably on budget with excellent customer service.
  • Ensure standards of health and safety are exceeded.
Requirements
  • Individual and organisational performance.
  • Excellent customer service, CSAT.
  • Understanding of connection processes from design to delivery.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement.
  • Utility experience and understanding.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and numeracy skills.
  • IT literacy.
